Call for Papers Volume 9 (2026)
Posted on 2025-04-11Publishing Guidelines for 2026 Publications.
Please read the following information carefully:
- The pre-evaluation process will be conducted in stages, and there might be a significant waiting period before your submission enters the pre-evaluation phase.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee your manuscript will be published in the nearest issue. Manuscripts are processed by the Editorial Board based on the order they are received in the system.
- ATTENTION! Article processing takes at least 4–52 weeks (and potentially longer) to receive a status AFTER passing the pre-evaluation stage and entering the review stage. Therefore, please consider this before submitting your manuscript to our journal, especially if you require quick publication.
- Before submitting your manuscript, please review the writing guidelines set by the Editor. Kindly read the manuscript writing information in the Author Guideline and ensure you use the specified Article Template. Articles that do not comply with the journal's writing style, fail to follow the provided template, and/or are submitted in PDF format will be automatically rejected.
- Please read the plagiarism guidelines to estimate the plagiarism threshold for your submitted manuscript (including AI usage). We will conduct an initial screening for all submitted manuscripts. Manuscripts exceeding the tolerance limit will be rejected.
- Authors must attach a Statement Letter and Author Identity when submitting their manuscript (download here).
- Publication fees can be viewed under Author Publication Charge (APC). Articles with a first author or all international authors will be waive from the APC.
- Authors must read the manuscript submission procedures detailed in How to Submit a Manuscript. Submissions will be automatically rejected if authors do not submit the manuscript and all required supplementary materials requested by the editorial team.
- All information will be communicated via email.
- Authors can check their article's status through their registered account. Explanations of article status descriptions can be found under "Types of Decisions" in the Author Guidelines.
- We will prioritize articles written collaboratively by Indonesian and international authors.
- Authors who receive review results but fail to respond with revisions will have their institution, as listed in the manuscript, blacklisted for future publications.
