Posted on 2025-11-17Detailed Guidelines and Submission Policies
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your manuscript:
- The pre-evaluation stage is conducted in phases, and there may be a significant waiting period before your submission enters this phase.
- We cannot guarantee publication in the nearest available edition. Manuscripts are processed by the Editor according to the specific edition selected during the submission process. Please be advised that the Editor handles all manuscripts based on the requirements and schedule of your chosen edition.
- ATTENTION! Once a manuscript passes pre-evaluation and enters the review stage, processing requires a minimum of 4—52 weeks (or potentially longer) to receive a final decision status: REVISION, ACCEPTED, or DECLINED.
- The peer-review stage will consist of two rounds conducted by two reviewers, with each round lasting between 4—8 weeks.
- May 2026 Edition: Manuscript submissions will close, and the pre-evaluation (initial screening) process will commence on January 1, 2026. From the submitted pool, the Editor will select only 15—20 manuscripts to proceed to the peer-review stage.
- September 2026 Edition: Manuscript submissions will close, and the pre-evaluation (initial screening) process will commence on May 1, 2026. From the submitted pool, the Editor will select only 15—20 manuscripts to proceed to the peer-review stage.
